At Serenitea, we pride ourselves in the quality and freshness of our teas but we understand that issues can arise.

• Due to food safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns. 
• However we do offer exchanges in the following cases; Items arrived damaged. Incorrect order received. If this occurs please contact us at serenitea.ad@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect order and we will make it right.
